HY25 series, a new range of CNC milling machines with gantry structure and overhead machine bed, are designed and developed by Jinan Huayang Precsion Machine Co., Ltd. (Jinan Huayang). The main structure of HY5 series is as follows:
The worktable is flush mounted to the floor, with overhead machine beds fixed on each side of the worktable; the beam and supporting plates constructs a gantry traveling frame moving forwards and backwards on the machine bed (X axis); the ram and milling head move horizontally with the slide carriage on the beam (Y axis); the ram and milling head move up and down on the guide rail of the slide carriage (Z axis). Coordinated with CNC system, the machine can process in three axes synchronously.
HY25 series are ideal solutions for milling, drilling, boring, tapping, spot-facing large-size and heavy workpieces in alloy, steel, aluminum, composite materials etc. Equipped with optional milling heads, HY25 series can machine five faces of a workpiece with one setup. Therefore the multipurpose HY25 series can improve your machining precision and efficiency.
STABLE STRUCTURE
The machine bed, supporting plates and beam use high-accuracy ¡°Jinan Black¡± granite. With this stable structure, HY25 series can guarantee maximum machine stability, precision and machining quality even when subjected to severe stresses. With 25-year perfect and advanced experience of design and machining granite, Jinan Huayang offers a range of high-quality solutions.
ADVANCED DESIGN
Flush mounted to the floor, the worktable can load a heavy capacity of workpieces and it is very convenient for a variety of set-up operations.
The spindle motor is installed on the top of the ram and milling head, so that the heat from the motor will not affect the operation precision of Z axis.
The ram and milling head are equipped with hydraulic balance in order to keep stable operation, load balancing and machining precision.
The centralized lubrication system can grease each component automatically and the hydraulic system can perform loosening of spindle automatically. Both lessens labor intensity
The machine requires limited factory space, is easily accessible for loading and unloading of workpieces. Its effectively machining and low power consumption can help achieve energy conservation and environmental protection. |
